Our Process
We get to know you, your family’s needs, and the expectations of your new nanny.
After your launch fee is paid we get to work, screening, interviewing, and reference checking.
You will be provided with nanny profiles and resumes to review.
We set up initial interviews with your top choices.
You choose a nanny!
We deal with all rate and contract negotiations.
We offer the position to the nanny and once they accept and sign the employment contract, contact information is exchanged and the remainder of the agency fee is due.
Interviews & nannies
Families interview 1-3 candidates before they find the right match.
After meeting 1-3 nannies, if we still haven't found a match we continue to send you qualified candidates until we find the perfect fit.
We suggest in-person or virtual interviews and then inviting your top candidate back for a paid working interview to see your potential nanny in action. This way you can see how they interact with your children and decide if it’s a good fit.
Our Guarantee
Our rigorous recruitment process is always tailored to your family’s needs.
For long-term positions, we are proud to offer two service guarantee options depending on the package you sign up for.
That means we will do the entire search again at no extra cost if it doesn't work out for whatever reason. You will have 90 days (Basic) or 150 days (Premium) from paying your final agency fee to decide if the nanny is right for your family.
Agency Fees
Launch Fee
A $500.00 plus HST launch fee is required at the beginning of the search and is deducted from the final agency fee.
Basic
Full-time or part-time positions. Our agency fee for our “Basic” package is 12% of the nanny’s gross annual income, plus HST. This package includes a 90-day service guarantee.
Premium
Full-time or part-time positions. Our agency fee for our “Premium” package is 15% of the nanny’s gross annual income, plus HST. This includes a 150 day service guarantee and 1 year of payroll services.
Temporary Placement
Positions under 6 months. Our agency fee is 18% of the nanny’s gross income for the duration of the placement or $2000.00 plus HST. Whichever is greater.
The agency fee changes based on the final hours and rate decided upon between the family and the nanny.
